STRATEGY TO UNLOCK AI POTENTIAL
Templa needed to better understand its users and the wellness tech landscape to prioritise its product roadmap and raise capital for AI integration.

INSIGHT-LED INVESTMENT PITCH
We conducted in-depth research into the wellness tech ecosystem, and spoke with neuroscience experts, wellness coaches and target users to understand needs, behaviours and market opportunities. 

We also mapped the competitive landscape and potential revenue models. From this, we co-created a prioritised product backlog and crafted a compelling business pitch for fundraising.

RECOGNITION AND LIFELONG LEARNING
Templa was invited to apply to Techstars and became a finalist in their accelerator selection process, a powerful validation of the product vision and business strategy. 
 
This remains one of the most meaningful and expansive projects I’ve led in Australia. Working closely with Lucie, Templa’s visionary founder, taught me the value of building with clarity, heart, and bold ambition.
