CLOSING THE LOGISTICS TALENT GAP
With Peru’s logistics sector booming, Sharf struggled to find qualified talent. They reached out to me to create an education model that could serve both businesses and students.
(APPROACH)
IMMERSIVE RESEARCH & PILOTS
We went deep into the field through interviews, focus groups, surveys, and undercover roleplaying to understand on-the-ground training needs.
We then launched two pilot programs with Sharf’s warehouse and courier teams, using the insights to iterate and refine our training model.

(RESULT)
SCALABLE B2B & B2C EDUCATION MODEL
We trained 240 operators, boosting satisfaction, strengthening team communication, and reducing errors and rework.
To scale the impact, we partnered with Inlog, Peru’s top logistics institute, expanding access to students in a saturated education market.Together, we built a new education model designed to serve both company teams and future logistics talent.
