(CHALLENGE)
INNOVATION INTO EVERYDAY WORK
CBC wanted to teach their teams a hands-on methodology to embed innovation into everyday work and foster problem solving and collaboration across departments.
(APPROACH)
SOLVING REAL CHALLENGES
We designed a full-day session with representatives from different areas of the company, following a preliminary phase where we had worked with them to identify key challenges and potential solutions.
During the session, we introduced the Sprint methodology, a structured process combining agile tools and design thinking, guiding teams to turn their ideas into low-fidelity prototypes ready for testing and iteration.

(RESULT)
FROM WORKSHOP TO WORKFLOW
Teams analysed real business challenges, developed innovative solutions and brought their best ideas to life through rapid prototyping.
This experience helped teams understand each other’s perspectives and led to stronger collaboration across CBC. As they built empathy and mutual understanding, they improved coordination, supported one another more effectively and reduced duplicated efforts.
